Beck either works with one or two large investors on a Joint Venture Basis or multiple investors on a syndication JV basis. Investment partners are chosen on a project by project basis, based on needs and structure. The ROI is very attractive because Beck has complete control of the process being developer and builder through its sister company Beck Commercial Inc.
